Job Duties:

• Prepare and submit reports to meet green building initiatives
• Analyze design documents, construction documents, specifications, and submittals to identify items for compliance
• Develop and oversee green building program scorecards
• Manage the prime green building rating system for a diversity of different project types
• Provide documentation of project compliance for green building codes and above code programs
• Prepare and submit reports to meet green building initiatives
• Communicate to internal/external Team methods to bring non-conformance items into conformance
• Updates Sustainability Discipline Leader on project due dates
• Performs code and above-code research for projects.
• May assist in performing Green Building training prior to building certificate of occupancy issuance.
• May assist with external team meetings to detail expectations for compliance of green building programs.

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiar with Green Building Science.
• Proficient with Green Building programs with a growing familiarity of green building design practices.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit preferred
• Foxit and Bluebeam knowledge
• Preferred knowledge of Archisnapper
