The Marketing Data Assistant will report to and work directly with Jordan & Skala’s Marketing Manager.

Preferred degree: Bachelor’s Degree in in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or comparable.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain current CRM database by entering new client/project information and updating existing records
• Ensure proposal follow-up with respective teams and proposal data upkeep in CRM
• Assist Marketing team in curating and updating client lists for Marketing campaigns
• Create and manage spreadsheets and reports for client activity
• Import and distribute virtual contact cards and other relevant client information to Leadership and Sales team members
• Support post-event marketing efforts by updating social media connections for Sales team members via LinkedIn post event
• Support Marketing and Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, scanning, coordinating, and updating documents
• Assist Marketing with Holiday/Ad Hoc fulfillment processes relating to client data and information
• Organize and assist with copy editing and writing needs for marketing material

Knowledge:

• Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft products
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Deltek VantagePoint) is a plus
• Strong grammar and writing skills
• Experience with marketing data

• Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to constantly changing needs and schedules
• Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks
• Critical thinking skills
• Acute attention to detail including proficient editing/proof-reading abilities.
• Understanding of workflow and automation
• Excellent time management skills

• Comfortably working with and analyzing data

Physical demands: To perform essential job duties the employee will regularly be required to: talk, hear, type, stand or sit for long periods of time. The employee may be required to push, pull or lift 10 lbs or more.
